"Packaging was just okay"
The box itself looked nice, but the wrapping was a little messy when it arrived. I was expecting it to look a bit neater, so it was not quite as polished as I hoped.

"Sizing ended up being more stressful than expected"
It fit alright once I got it on, but it definitely runs smaller than I expected. I thought ordering my usual size would be simple, but it turned into this annoying little stress trying to figure out if I should’ve sized up.

"Shipping was a little slow, but it got here"
I ordered from simoneismith.com and, to be fair, the item did arrive in good condition. I’m always a little cautious when I don’t see updates for a few days, so I started keeping an eye on the tracking and wondering what was going on.
Nothing bad happened and it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the shipping definitely wasn’t super quick. I’d probably order again, just only if I wasn’t on a deadline or needing the item right away.

"Support took longer than it should’ve"
The item itself was fine, so that part wasn’t really the issue. But the customer service was slow, and I had to follow up a couple of times just to get a straight answer. I don’t know, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but after placing an order I expected the help to be a bit more on top of things. Just felt a little careless overall

"Super easy shopping, no probs"
Ordered from Simone I. Smith and tbh it was a really smooth experience. The site was easy to browse, checkout was quick, and I didn’t run into any issues. I also got order updates, which I def appreciate. Overall, really happy with it and would totally shop there again

"Decent, but a bit pricey"
It’s not bad overall, but it does feel a little expensive for what you get. Not sure how to explain it, but I expected just a bit more for the price

"Looks nice, but the quality feels average"
At first glance, this looked good, and I can see why people might like it. But reading between the lines, it just doesn’t feel as solid as I expected. It’s a bit lighter than I thought it would be, and for the price, I was hoping for something that felt a little more high quality. It’s not bad, just not quite what I had in mind.
